While this is one of my favorite quotes, I think it describes my leadership personality most. I am willing to work hard for success in whatever I do. I often find myself in leadership roles that others aren't willing or timid to do. "Daring Greatly" is something I have learned to appreciate and implement in my life, you never know what is waiting if you're not willing to try.
